• Digital book delivery in high-quality PDF format
• Printed hardcover books with premium binding and professional finish

2. User Eligibility and Responsibilities

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian to use BOKI's services.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your book
• Have legal rights to upload and use any photos submitted (you must own or have permission to use the photo)
• Ensure uploaded content does not violate copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of any third party
• Use the service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
• Review the preview of your personalized book carefully before finalizing your order
• Provide a valid email address for order confirmation and delivery

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing:

• All prices on the Website are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable government fees, unless otherwise stated
• Shipping costs and any additional fees are stated separately at checkout when applicable; if not stated separately, they are included in the displayed price
• Current prices and product options are displayed on our pricing page and at checkout

Payment Terms:

• All prices are displayed in Swedish Kronor (KR)
• Payment is due at the time of order placement
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders honor the price at time of purchase

Digital Books:

• Delivered via email during working hours as specified on our website
• Orders placed outside working hours will be processed on the next business day

• Check spam/junk folders if not received within expected timeframe
• PDF files can be downloaded, saved, and printed at home for personal use

Printed Books:

• Processing and delivery times as displayed on our website at time of purchase
• Shipping costs and delivery options shown at checkout
• Tracking information provided via email once shipped
• Professionally printed by our printing partners

5. Customer Satisfaction and Quality Assurance

Printed Books:

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• By uploading content, you grant BOKI a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for creating your personalized book
• We will never use your child's photos for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes without your explicit written consent
• You can request deletion of all uploaded content at any time

Our Content:

• BOKI owns all rights to story templates, illustrations, AI-generated content, website design, and platform technology
• You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use your purchased book
• You may print, share, display, and read your book for personal, non-commercial use
• You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit BOKI books or content
• You may not modify, reproduce, or create derivative works from our templates or illustrations

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our personalized books are created using advanced artificial intelligence technology:

• By using our service, you acknowledge that books are produced using AI-based technology and may occasionally generate unpredictable or imperfect results in both text and illustrations
• Minor variations, AI's creative stylistic choices, or illustrations that don't precisely mirror uploaded photos are not considered product defects
• We review all content for age-appropriateness and quality, but AI may generate variations in style and tone
• After purchase, you have the right to request edits to the digital PDF before ordering a printed version - this is the primary method for adjusting content to your preferences
• AI technology continuously improves, so book quality and illustration style may evolve over time
• Each book is uniquely generated, so even identical inputs may produce slightly different results

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy and your child's safety are paramount to us:

• Automatic Photo Deletion: Uploaded photos of children are deleted within 30 days after order fulfillment (for completed orders) or within 30 days after order abandonment (for incomplete orders)

11. Limitation of Liability
